No nonsense repair shop. Called and made and appointment the week before, I showed up on time and there was someone there to help. Diagnosed the problem within the hour, told me what I needed to fix it and left a deposit to habe the part ordered. Part came in within 24hrs and I was called in to complete repair. Repair was timely and I was in and out on no time. There was no diagnostic fee or anything of the sort that others asked me for just to look at the car. The repair price was reasonable and within the range I had expected. I will be going back for any future needs my regular mechanic can't handle on my BMW. Thank You.

Needed my turbos rebuilt in my 08 bmw 535xi. BMW quoted me over 5k for just the turbos and said I needed a variety of other things to change such as ball joints and seals. Needless to say I was quoted about the worth of my car and they said they needed about a week to complete the work. I decided I needed a second opinion and found Micheal the owner of Kottech. He did a free inspection and concluded that some of the parts I didn't need right away. He is a certified BMW Master Tech and not only told me but physically showed me that my parts were fine and didn't need to be changed except for my turbos. He not only charged me less than half of Bmws quote but was very honest and fast to have my car back to me. He topped off all my fluids free of charge and didn't try to sell me more services like most other indy shops do. This is my new mechanic. I would recommend him to anyone!
